

Lost or Stolen Card
If your Citizens State Bank Debit/ATM card is lost or stolen, here’s what you need to do:
- Call us immediately at 715-386-9050 or
- Call the 24/7 Help Desk at 1-888-297-3416
- Cancel your card either via your Mobile App or Online Banking
- Go to your Manage Cards Box on dashboard, choose the card that was lost or stolen, select the correct option to cancel the card
- You will need to have a new bank card issued once you cancel your current one.
